The Centennial Lane Elementary School Music Boosters is a volunteer parent organization created to support the amazing music program at CLES.  Our mission is to help fund our music program, coordinate volunteers for concerts and field trips, and serve as advocates for music locally and in our school.

Fall 2025
Recruitment & Registration
  • Mon, Aug 25 – Fri, Sept 12 – Registration (link coming soon!)
    • Kids will have the opportunity to listen to recruitment shows for band and orchestra during the school days on Thurs, August 28, and Fri, August 29. 
Parent & Family Events
  • Wed, Sept 3 – Back to Music Night
    • Orchestra @ 6:00 PM (Room 211)
    • Band @ 6:30 PM (Cafeteria – depending on attendees)
    • CLES Music Boosters & Chorus Presentation at the beginning of each session

Start Dates and September Events
  • Week of Sept 1 – First lessons (one lesson) and rehearsals for 5th grade band/orchestra; Band rehearsal with 4th grade – instruments required

  • Week of Sept 8 – First rehearsal for 4th grade orchestra; 5th grade orchestra lessons continue; Band: 1 lesson & rehearsal for 4th grade, full schedule for 5th grade

  • Week of Sept 15 – Full schedule for all groups

  • Sept 16-18- G/T Orchestra Auditions
 
  • Fri, Sept 19 (likely) – Jazz Band start date

  • Mon, Sept 29 – Band Parent Practice Night @ 6:30 PM (Cafeteria)

  • CLES Chamber Orchestra auditions (TBD)
 
October Events
  • October (TBD) – CLES Music Spirit Wear Sale (likely full month)

  • Fri, Oct 3 – Band Future Eagles Night (CHS) – 5th Grade Band Students @ 6:00 PM

November Events
  • Wed, Nov 5 – Band Field Trip to UMBC to see CHS Pre-Midwest Performance (school day)

  • Tues, Nov 11 (likely) – Veterans Day Assembly

December Events
  • Fri, Dec 12 – BMMS Articulation Concert (CLES – morning)

  • Mon, Dec 15 – Band & Orchestra Winter Concerts @ CHS

CLES Music Boosters Ensemble Club
​​​The CLES Music Boosters raises funds through the Ensemble Club, and we welcome your tax-deductible contribution.   Your donation will be used to buy sheet music, repair and purchase instruments, fund field trips, and support other activities of the music program.  Ensemble Club members are recognized in concert programs. ​

  • Duet: $50.00
  • Trio: $25.00
